Pulse sensors Gaze'lektronika IN-Z61, midrange, HF, etc.
The IN-Z61 pulse sensor is used in automated information acquisition systems. Designed for installation on BK gas meters with any nominal flow rate from G1.6 to G40. It is installed without interfering with the design of the meter, does not affect the sealing, does not require calling the gas service. Inside it has two reed switches. One of them is triggered by a magnetic insert built into the roller of the lower discharge of the counting device - this is the pulse output for the controller (green and brown conductors). The second one is designed to signal the influence of an external magnetic field on the meter (yellow and white conductors).
The high-frequency (HF) pulse sensors A1K, A1S, A1R and the medium-frequency (MF) pulse sensor R300 in complexes with the EC270 corrector are used only for gas flow control.
TRZ, RVG, and RABO gas meters can be equipped with such sensors.
When using pulse sensors A1K, A1S, A1R, R300, an external power supply of the EC270 corrector is required.
Features of the use of pulse sensors:
The low-frequency pulse sensor (LF) is used in gas meters: rotary RVG, RABO turbine TRZ,
SG is used to measure the volume of gas.
The pulse sensor E1 IN-S10 is designed for remote transmission of flow data from rotary gas meters such as RVG, RABO and turbine gas meters such as TRZ.
The pulse sensor E1 of the IN-S10 version includes three reed switches (sealed contacts) 1.E1, 2.E1 and PCM.
Reed switch 1.E1 generates counting pulses, the number of which is proportional to the volume of gas passed through the meter. When a powerful external magnetic field appears, the contacts of the PCM reed switch open, and the reed switch 2.E1 close.

About Gaze'lektronika
-
GAS ACCOUNTING
A high level of reliability of measuring the volume of gas from the main gas pipeline to the final consumer at all levels of distribution and consumption. -
AUTOMATION
Performing a full cycle of work from the survey to the commissioning of the gas metering unit. Design of the gas part of the metering unit, supply of equipment, individual approach. -
CALIBRATION SETTINGS
Verification is carried out exclusively at high pressure. Additional factory verification in the air. The test conditions are approved individually when ordering. It is possible to be present during the tests.
